Track your progress
Keep tabs on your workouts and challenges, and take over the leader board right in the Zen app. Track your performance and progress by going to:

  1. The “Z” menu in the top left of the app
  2. Choose “Workout” from the menu
  3. Select the day you want to log for
  4. Choose the workout
  5. Log results

GET Bells 101 – Thursday, August 24 at 6:30pm
Kettlebells bridge a gap between strength and cardio like no other exercise or equipment. When executed and utilized correctly, the kettlebell can produce real world strength, fix movement patterns and teach skill. Step up your kettlebell game to progress your workouts, challenge your mind/body, get lean and increase cardio ability.

The Great GET Golf Outing is happening THIS Saturday. Everyone is welcome to join up afterwards at Artisanal Brew Works for some family-friendly fun & brews! (Shoot for 1:30/2pm – check Facebook that day for more specific timing.)

GET Track Day – Friday, September 1 from 2-4pm
Snacks and drinks will be provided for a fun-filled afternoon at the races! Feel free to bring friends and family.
