GET offers an innovative approach to training- building on a well-balanced athletic foundation while also staying focused on each athlete’s individual goals. Our program consists of proper instruction of functional strength training, injury reduction, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development and energy system conditioning.
Athletes are closely supervised as the coach takes them through a 60 minute workout with close attention being paid to proper technique and safety.
The basis of the groups will cover the following:
SPEED– Acceleration, Deceleration, Linear and Lateral Movement Techniques, Running mechanics, Footwork
EXPLOSIVE POWER– Olympic Lifting, Plyometrics, Medicine Ball, Jumping and Landing Techniques
STRENGTH– Functional Approach, Proper Instruction, Focus on Total Body (Upper, Lower, Core)
CONDITIONING– Game Ready Preparation for all Athletes
INJURY REDUCTION– Identify and Correct Muscular Imbalances, Balance and Stabilization
NUTRITION EDUCATION– Lessons, Tips and Advice
