GET Fit is a great way to get your heart rate up for 45-60 minutes. This group is offered on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and changes daily. What can you expect? Sled pushes, rowing/skiing/biking, ball slams, body-weight movements, resistance work and more! You’re welcome to “drop in” to try out any GET Fit group. GET Strong is for those looking for personalized group training, and want to build strength. This group is capped at 6-8 team members, and provides a strength-building program fit for YOUR GOALS and experience. GETting started to GET Strong is easy. Set up a time to meet Matt, see the gym and complete the Progressions Movement Screen (PMS). A 1-month commitment is required. Watch the video below to see more for yourself!
What’s the PMS? This session will help identify your abilities and limitations, and enables us to tailor your workouts so that they work for you – allowing you to reach your goals faster and safer!
The PMS consists of 4 parts:
1 – Learn about You – Personal health history, any past injuries, training history, specific goals, and training availability.
2 – Learn about GET – Our program structure, our progressions/regressions movement program, and how each athlete can be successful in our group setting.
3 – Move through the Movements – You will be guided through a variety of basic movements we perform often. This will help identify your current abilities and any unbalanced movement patterns that we should work to improve.
4 – Your Performance Plan – This is when we marry your abilities, availability, and goals together to formulate a plan for success. Each time you walk into the gym, you will know how to make the workout on the board work most effectively for you!
Small Group Training is a great way to work hard and GET fit with friends, whether you knew them at the beginning of class or not.
GET welcomes anyone looking for personalized group training, and wants to be fueled by the strength of a TEAM! Our trainers motivate each team member not just with encouraging words, but also by infusing confidence with helpful hints and cues to perform each movement correctly and safely.
GET provides every member with a fun, safe, but challenging program to bring their fitness to a new level. By offering a mix of strength AND conditioning programs for all levels of fitness, anyone at any skill level can GET a great workout and reach their goals.
