Our small group training classes are the core of Gunning Elite Training. Catered to adults of all ages and fitness levels, our group sessions are expertly planned by Owner, Matt Gunning, and closely supervised by coaches to provide personal and professional guidance.
Our youth training program focuses on optimal fitness, performance, and injury reduction for middle and high school athletes, and teens who want to begin a well-rounded fitness routine for life. Designed and coached by Matt Gunning, each team member is closely supervised to support growth and achieve goals.
For those who want a private, bespoke approach, personal training might be for you. Matt and his team offer 60-minute coaching sessions that are designed specifically for each client’s needs and goals. Contact us today to discuss your goals and options.
