Hey athletes — Join the GET team to TAKE YOUR GAME TO THE NEXT LEVEL!
GET offers an innovative approach to training - building a well-balanced athletic foundation while staying focused on each athlete’s individual goals. You don’t have to play a sport - or have a basis of fitness - to be an athlete at GET. Our Youth Accelerate classes are tailored to all fitness levels.
Athletes are closely supervised by Coach Matt as he takes them through a 60-minute workout, paying close attention to proper technique and safety. Each group session includes:
SPEED– Acceleration, Deceleration, Linear and Lateral Movement Techniques, Running mechanics, Footwork
EXPLOSIVE POWER– Olympic Lifting, Plyometrics, Medicine Ball, Jumping and Landing Techniques
STRENGTH– Functional Approach, Proper Instruction, Focus on Total Body (Upper, Lower, Core)
CONDITIONING– Game Ready Preparation for all Athletes
INJURY REDUCTION– Identify and Correct Muscular Imbalances, Balance and Stabilization
NUTRITION EDUCATION– Lessons, Tips and Advice
