Hey athletes — Join the GET team to TAKE YOUR GAME TO THE NEXT LEVEL!

GET offers an innovative approach to training - building a well-balanced athletic foundation while staying focused on each athlete’s individual goals. You don’t have to play a sport - or have a basis of fitness - to be an athlete at GET. Our Youth Accelerate classes are tailored to all fitness levels.

Athletes are closely supervised by Coach Matt as he takes them through a 60-minute workout, paying close attention to proper technique and safety. Each group session includes:

  • SPEED– Acceleration, Deceleration, Linear and Lateral Movement Techniques, Running mechanics, Footwork

  • EXPLOSIVE POWER– Olympic Lifting, Plyometrics, Medicine Ball, Jumping and Landing Techniques

  • STRENGTH– Functional Approach, Proper Instruction, Focus on Total Body (Upper, Lower, Core)

  • CONDITIONING– Game Ready Preparation for all Athletes

  • INJURY REDUCTION– Identify and Correct Muscular Imbalances, Balance and Stabilization

  • NUTRITION EDUCATION– Lessons, Tips and Advice
